Great food gives you energy, helps you move more and boosts your mood. It can even help you live longer, maintain a healthy weight and protect you against many age-related illnesses such as high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
Your goals, lifestyle, knowledge, physiology and habits are unique. Your bespoke nutrition plan will be too.
Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, better performance and recovery or simply to eat a healthier, more balanced diet, a personalised, sustainable nutrition plan - with clear guidance to help you improve your relationship with food long term - is your key to success.
Initial consultation
You’ll need to complete and return a health questionnaire and a seven-day food diary ahead of our initial consultation, which will enable me to spend more time listening to you about your goals and ambitions and to create a bespoke nutrition plan tailored specifically to you.
Packages
We’ll schedule any follow-up consultations at intervals that suit you and best reflect the programme you will be following, usually spread over a few months. This will be different for everyone and will depend on what we’re trying to achieve:

2 x 1-hour in-person or online follow-up sessions
