If you want to be stronger, leaner and more confident, lose weight without restrictive dieting, and transform your mindset by building postive habits, I can help.
Be better than well®
To be better than well means working on your physical, nutritional, mental, spiritual and social fitness because whilst these things might feel distinct, they are all interconnected in many ways. Think of it like a virtuous, or vicious, circle:
In the virtuous circle, we feel happy and confident, and so we tend to make better choices in terms of our diet. Those choices have a positive impact on our physical health, which improves our mood, and encourages us to take more exercise. We feel good about ourselves, so we spend more time with friends and family.
In the vicious circle however, our mood is low, so we make poor choices in terms of what we eat. Those poor diet choices affect our physical health, which in turn effects our mood. We don’t feel good about ourselves, so we stop exercising or going out as much, so our relationships suffer.
